Even as Gujarat’s year long golden jubilee celebrations come to an end at a grand gala function at Sardar Stadium in Ahmedabad, here this evening, Governor of Gujarat Dr Shrimati Kamlaji and Chief Minister paid handsome tributes to the visionaries who laid foundation of this progressive state and contributed to the development of the nation.

Bejeweled said Dr. Kamlaji Gurjar country has produced many legends and visionaries who have made outstanding contributions in the development of modern India. She specifically mentioned the name of Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Dadabhai Navroji, Indulal Yagnik Ravishankar Maharaj and social reformer. She said that Gujarat had begun his march on this historic day in 1960 and in the rear view, it is clear that the State has been blessed by this galaxy of illustrious personages.
She said the Golden Jubilee was an opportunity for people to focus on all round development of the state and the nation, maintaining peace, harmony, unity and fraternity. She wanted to Gujarat the expectations of the people as a strong, prosperous and a state before the filing of all time.

Chief Minister Narendra Modi described the golden jubilee of the foundation stone followed the Golden Age. He expressed his willingness to take the State to greater heights through democratic means, in full cooperation with the force of the people. Gujarat does not bow down before its enemies and prefer to fight against any injustice.

He congratulated the people of 6-crore and 5.5 lakh karma yogis Gujarat for their contributions to allow unconditional Gujarat crossed many milestones in various sectors. the success of Gujarat has been a source of envy other State.

Mr. Modi said he never claimed he was the only all development work for the state. At the beginning of Golden Jubilee, we had made it clear that successive governments have made their contributions over the past 50 years.

With reference to the 3-volume book titled "50 Golden Moments Swarnim Celebrations in Gujarat" was published in Dr Kamlaji Governor, Mr. Modi, a series of management interventions Gujarat chronicles the most progress over the past five decades.
The Chief Minister said that the growth of Gujarat is the best evidence for those who criticize the state. "There are hundreds of people who work day and night barely Modi. But Modi has never bowed down to them and never will, "he said amidst applause from the public high-capacity packed stadium.
